Description of typical errors when paying by card.
Our online payment service is certified according to the PCI DSS standard. It means that the server runs on a secure protocol and is regularly scanned for vulnerabilities. Also, it automatically means that we do not store payment information with us (credit card information, payer information), but only transfer it to the online payment processor.
Before making a payment, make sure that you have enough funds on your account, there are no limits on the card and online payments are allowed.
Important!!! If payment was not performed for any reason, the online payment processor returns the response of the credit card issuer bank. Therefore, in case of an error, you need to contact the bank for more information.
The most common errors are:
101 Expired card - the card has expired.
106 Allowed PIN retries exceeded - the limit of attempts to enter the PIN code has been exceeded, the card is blocked, it is necessary to contact the bank to restore access to the card.
111 Invalid card number – an incorrect card number was entered or there was a typo in the card information, you must enter the data again; If they are entered correctly, but the error is repeated, it is necessary to contact the bank for more information.
116 Not sufficient funds – there are not enough funds on the card account to perform the operation.
119 Transaction not allowed to cardholder – the client's bank does not want to make a transaction, for unknown reason, possibly because of problems with the card itself, it is necessary to contact the bank for more information.
129 Suspected fraud - he card is marked as suspected in fraud, it is necessary to contact the bank for more information.
911 Issuer timed out - the payer's bank has not responded, there may be no connection with the bank, it is necessary to repeat the transaction, if the error is repeated, please contact the bank for more information.
100 Do not honor (Not accepted) – the client's bank does not want to make a deal, you need to contact the bank to clarify the reason.
